About This Position:
SUMMARY: The position of the KCN Sales Assistant requires a person who is self-motivated, well organized, logical thinker and must be able to work with others. This position will work directly with the Sales Management Team and other administrative staff to accomplish the overall goal for the region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Other duties may be assigned.
Build and maintain relationship with multi-level contacts within assigned customer base.
Manage communications regarding incoming and outgoing calls which may include but may not be limited to; follow up with customer requests, providing updates on item changes & transitions, and daily on product stock levels, as well as any other customer service topics as they may arise.
Create and maintain; daily, monthly and bi-annual reports for assigned customer base as well as distribution to both customer(s), direct supervisor and sales management team.
Assisting account manager(s) with reviewing customer commissary and family package program menus for scheduled changes, new item recommendations, and overall profitability of the account
What You'll Need:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required experience in Oracle, Sales Force, and strong background with MS Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Ability to successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) Company or Facility background check and drug screening
